Seeing one hundred people put their names on this has been a heavy, grounding realization of how many of us are exhausted by this situation. It is a long road ahead and I am tired, but knowing I am not fighting alone here gives me the resolve to keep pushing forward.

The responses from the Ministry have been cold and intentionally vague, but their silence only proves that we are hitting a nerve. I am spending my evenings drafting formal requests for clarification to keep the pressure on our officials.

Mandate a casa chi ha scritto questa roba. La scuola italiana merita molto di meglio.
Ancora un'altra legge inutile. Date piu soldi agli insegnanti e meno carta da compilare.
Assurdo. Siamo stanchi di essere presi in giro da chi non ha mai messo piede in una scuola.
Speriamo che stavolta qualcuno ci ascolti davvero. Non se ne può più di questa burocrazia lenta e pesante che blocca tutto.
VERGOGNA. Sono anni che promettete cambiamenti veri ma alla fine non cambia mai nulla. Ascoltate chi lavora nelle classi tutti i giorni.

Basta con queste riforme fatte male. La scuola cade a pezzi e voi pensate solo a complicare la vita ai professori.
