Arthur is not really a learning show. It is actually a regular cartoon, which is more likely for kids who are 6 to 12 years old. If you seen some episodes that are rated TV-Y7, such as "Bleep", "D.W.'s Bad Mood", and "Arthur's Big Hit", those are more likely not for small children. Arthur is a cartoon for older kids and it belongs on Nickelodeon. The feedback confirms I am not the only one who sees this.
