That stretch of Ontario (and much of River North for that matter!) will always be synonymous with Art Bryan. I think this would be a lovely way to celebrate his dedication to the community and industry.

Art loved Chicago, the Hospitality Industry and The Redhead Piano Bar. He was the standard of excellence in the industry and this is a fitting tribute.

I can't think of a better name for the hub of Hospitality than for a man that helped create it!
He will be missed.
