Definitely time to look at this being a safe proposition with the advance of alternative flexible seating that can be adjusted/removed and better stadia.

Safe standing is the way forward for football, with the right management it can improve the atmosphere and affordability of all premier league games!

We've seen the success of this in Dortmund. The atmosphere at the Emirates would be significantly better than it is now, providing standing is made safe of course. I would certainly attend more games should a new safe-standing area be introduced.
