This would improve a lot of aspects that we are lacking like atmosphere! Currently stewards are making fans that pay a huge price for their tickets to sit down the majority of the match and often threaten to remove fans who continually percieve to stand up. The standing sections would help eradicate this and

Having safe standing will really improve the atmosphere of, not just arsenal's ground, but many grounds in the country because of it being safe, there will be no tragedies unlike before and we see many stadiums in the bundesliga such as Borussia Dortmund where there is 80,000 fans constantly jumping around generating such a loud noise which may be why they win the majority of tier home games (apart from one in particular).
