Cost is an essential factor these days and most fans are having a hard time paying for their games, travel, food etc week in week out. If this proves to reduce these than definitely worth a shout!

Safe standing is needed more at the emirates, particularly in the clock end to create more atmosphere to rival blocks 5 and 6 in the north bank(which clearly work as standing areas)

100% behind this, I think sections of the ground should be made standing. Clock end and north back while the East and West stands remain seated areas.
