IF we had any laws in Tunisia to protect animals , no one would do anything of this sort, but if you look at it closely you'll find that those you are pushing to arrest this guy are the same people who kill stray dogs every day, they should be arrested too, and brought to justice. You cannot ask a government that encourages violence against animals to take a stand against this guy. Maybe we should bring the government workers to justice too, as they deserve to be punished for what they're doing to animals every single day!
