On Sunday 17th August, 2025 a video of a young man named Enock Simfukwe surfaced on social media. In the video filmed by Maria Zileni Zaloumis at her farm on the night of August 16, 2025, Enock Simfukwe was Tortured, Tied with electric cables and looked dusty. The 22 year old young man was asked questions under duress and was made to make a confession as to who sent him at Maria Zaloumis's Farm. According to his Confession, he was sent to attack Maria Zaloumis by the ex-lover of her present boyfriend. However, as a public we have failed to believe that Enock Simfukwe was at the farm for such as there is another version of the story stating that he took some beers for his friend that works at the farm. With all the different versions, in the short video clip, we heard Enock Simfukwe cry for help and asking that the cables tied on both his arms and legs could be tuned as he was losing oxygen. Despite his plea, he was not assisted but rather continued torturing him till he lost his life.

For a fact that Maria Zileni Zaloumis is a Qualified Nurse who studied and worked in Australia, we fail to believe that the torture was unintentional because she understands how blood circulation is affected by flow restriction. The question is why didn't Maria Zileni Zaloumis take Enock Simfukwe to the Police if truly he was sent to attack her ? A few hours after that video clip, Enock Simfukwe died and a postmortem result showed that he had head injuries. We expected that the Zambia Police would arrest Maria Zileni Zaloumis as the master minder for the torture on Enock Simfukwe which led to his death. But this has not happened, instead we have received news that she acted in self defence. In the video Enock Simfukwe was harmless, he had no weapon on him, if truly he was there to harm Maria Zileni Zaloumis why didn't she take him to the Police station ?

We are asking for Justice because Maria Zileni Zaloumis is well connected to the current ruling government of Zambia as her mother is the Electoral Commission Of Zambia Chairperson, Mwangala Zaloumis. So far only 4 arrests have taken place leaving Maria Zileni Zaloumis to be a free person. Despite the Zambian laws which state that any person in full sight of a murder scene must be apprehended. We are therefore, asking for signatures so that thus story of injustice must be heard by the wold of how Zambia's current ruling government is full of injustices especially if a case involved someone politically affiliated to them. The family of Enock Simfukwe are being intimidated, they are devastated about the loss of their son.
