We the families of OLQP
Early Childhood Academy are asking that Fr. Michael A. Rodak and Director Andrea Mason, arrange a formal group meeting
to discuss our growing concerns for the future of our school, and more
importantly our children. Our main topics of concern are the proposed mid year
tuition increase, the misuse of appropriated funds i.e. the unnecessary
addition of a school nurse, the promised outdoor play area, the new heating
system and most recently, the teacher to child ratio in our Pre K classroom.
We, as a collective group, are informing you that
individual meetings are not an acceptable option. We ask that a group meeting
be held no later than the week of Feb 10th to discuss these issues. If we are
not given this open forum, we will have no option but to adhere to our original
contracts and tuition signed at the start of this school year.

The lack of response from the administration is becoming impossible to ignore while our children remain in classrooms with ratios that concern every parent I speak to. We are preparing to present our combined list of grievances directly to the board because our families deserve clear answers about these tuition hikes and missing facilities.

Seeing so many families come together over our children really proves how much we all care about this school. This momentum shows that we are ready to hold the administration accountable for the future of our classrooms.

My kid is in the pre-k room and it is way too crowded. the ratio is not safe for them. stop ignoring us.
we deserve to know where our money is actually going. total lack of transparency here.

The tuition hike is honestly ridiculous when we still dont have the playground equipment we were promised months ago.
