In the spirit of World Peace Day, 21st Sept 2009, we the undersigned wish to petition parliament to make the arms trade illegal. We believe it is abhorrent that people should be allowed to gain profit at the expense of human life and suffering. As tax payers we do not wish to contribute to the sale of these arms in any way, including by providing a guarantee to arms dealers that their merchandise will be paid for.
