There are already too many Dollar Generals and Dollar Trees within 5-6 miles of Arkport that we never patron. It will only be a safety hazard to our community and create flood issues to our people who've already live in that area.

There are already two Dollar Generals in Hornell. Arkport does not need one. It would ruin the neighborhood.
