Arkansas Sovereignty and the Tenth Amendment Petition

My friends, is there anyone who knows better what Arkansas needs than those of us who live here Ronald Reagan once said, "The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help." The Tenth Amendment states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The Constitution gives the state authority to govern itself with the exception of federal laws. The federal government is ignoring this line between state & federal authority and is currently considering legislation that would include international - yes, INTERNATIONAL - law. For this reason we MUST enforce our rights as a state to ensure the government recognizes our right to govern ourselves.
