We the undersigned citizens of the sovereign state of Arkansas respectfully request the attention and action of the state to restore our inalienable right of self-protection and our constitutional right to keep and bear arms under the 2nd Amendment. The Arkansas Concealed Carry Law passed by the legislature and signed into law by the governor was a well intended, but flawed attempt to guarantee Arkansas citizens their right to self-protection.
