Please let us keep our unemployment benefits.some of us cant work due to Covid 19 We need to pay on transportation and food and a roof over our head

I had started my own business of wood crafting was doing great for being in business for 2 months the pandemic stopped it all for me.. I've got several good jobs lined up but they won't be ready till Aug 1st please please dont stop Mr Asa

Please please dont end the unemployment. I'm 53 I haven't been able to find a job after my place of business closed down after covid ..only waitressing work my health keeps me from being able to stand on my feet over a certain amount of time

Keeping the federal benefits in place til September could have assisted job seeker transition to replace summer jobs held til fall by students. Some workers, like me have been pandemic furloughed more than once. We've lost medical & job benefits. Companies, emboldened by Hutchinson's meeting with business leaders instead of medical experts allowed them to allow serious covid risk working conditions. The crime rate may skyrocket because of his silly, autocratic decision.

He is not thinking about the self employed that can't just go get a job. Me and my husband have health issues that keep me from opening my business at this time.

You can't expect everyone on heres unemployment to just stop and find a job all at once .. so many if us are already trying and still not able to find work or were not getting a whole week because our business has slowed down due to covid and can't afford to live.
