Host tether literally made it impossible to do anything by yourself like gathering stuff or building a base by yourself

Nothing sucks more than trying to enjoy the game but constantly getting dragged and teleported, and having freinds constantly telling me to stop doing what I'm doing so they don't get yoinked off a cliff. Please at least just give us the option to turn it off, we love the game but the tether consistently ruins the experience and I've spent hours trying to find any way I can to get around it, all to no avail.
