Its a real shame you removed it from the game, i had no issues at 5x and my tribe could actually get stuff done much faster

Flat out ruins the game. If it's because of stability, then spend the proper time to optimize the game, or adjust what effects stability such as, dino count, rendering, etc when the weather gets adjusted to counter with the distance added. I honestly think it's just a ploy, so that they try and get as many servers rented as possible.

I love ark, but me and my friends can’t really do much since the barrier is also holding us back and slowing our progress in the game

I agree, the host tether is absolutely stupid and adds nothing good to the game. I think there should be an option to remove it or at least change the distance.

I want this setting to come back, Hosting games with my friends, I can't properly survive in the game with the barrier
