Chess players should also get recognition for their great achievements and for raising the name of INDIA. Remember not in any other sport or game INDIA is 5 time world champion but still this game has not get that respect that it deserves. Uplipment of chess players will also create interest towards chess among children that'll increase their focus. So, it is my request that INDIAN government must consider this seriously.

I feel chess is little undervalued as a sport in our country. More money should be invested in the game and more awards should given to deserving players.

Chess should given priority as we have 5 times world champion vishwanath anand sir and so many other young talent cane up to shine India international level , it should treat as national game.
