Our chess players deserve much more support from all of us as a nation. Our chess players are really great. We have produced so many great players but we are not doing almost anything for this great game

What we experienced on 22nd August is too disturbing. This sport and the players need to be given more importantance

The chess players have not been given the arjuna award since last 7 years. Do the government not consider them as players or they are thought to be worthless. The chess players should be given arjuna award for there exceptional work towards indian sports.

Just like any other sport, chess players deserve it too.

I hope this movement starts and more chess players get Arjuna award and there is a way to get the award like achieving a certain rating or title or achievement,Ex:World U 12 champion or U 14 champion etc.
