Indian chess is has never grown at this rate and it important that profestional indian chess player do not feel helpless. At least we can bost their moral and and giving them something like arjuna award will be very helpful

The Last Arjuna Award for a chess player was in the year 2013.Awards are source of appreciation for sports players .They deserve this sort of encouragement.I appeal the Govt of India and Ministry of youth and Sports to not overlook the contribution of chess players.

Though India is origin of chess ,the chess player didn't get any help by government or attendance from people
