Chess players deserve to be awarded for their immense contribution and putting India on the global map. Enough of bias towards cricket!!! Its high time the fantastic chess players are given their due recognition.

We need incentives and appreciation in the minds of our people to push them for pursue chess more and more, this may lead to better contenders at world level and later maybe a world champion from India.
