Chess players should be given Arjuna award because this game of chess is a great game and we should acknowledge the talented players of our country. They represent India and make us proud all the times so this recognition is a must for them.

I believed, chess players should be given more awards and recognition because all other games have lots of sponsors and media favors them. when Chess player win something for team and country they should be rewarded from Govt.

We all have seen Indian cricket been promoted and supported so much. We all have atleast 5 cricketers name on the back of our hand. But how many of us know the chess players. There is no comparison as if which game is superior. But I am sure players put equal efforts in both the games. Then why is one supported so much and other not. Look at these teen agers crushing their opponents like anything.
