Its just disgrace after the consistent performance of chess players in world competitions they haven't recognized

Indian government must appreciate the good achievements by our very own CHESS players . It'll motivate them further more in achieving much more success in their career. They always brings galore to the nation. It's high time for the central government to act for chess players.

Indian Govt. must support our Chess Players. Its very sad to see in a country of 130 crore people our finest players are facing financial problems for their training and internet problem.

They deserve it... It's really unfair for the chess players in India that they are not acknowledged in our country unlike other sports

Indian chess players are constantly performing so well throughout the years and still nobody has got a Arjuna Award in last 7 years .This is disappointing . Chess players are making India proud at International level . Give Arjuna award to these genius players . Also recently in chess Olympiad Vidit Gujrathi ( India rank - 3 ) also a captain lost just because of internet issues . That's not fare .Chess players should be given good facilities just like any other sport e.g. cricket during this pandemic .Also request for Dronacharya award for all the coaches for theri brilliant training.

i think chess players deserve the arjuna award because giving chess players the award will motivate them to perform even better. only 65 grand masters are there in india due to lack of support and i think we can be the number 1 country in chess if chess is duely supported

If Vidit sir and Adhiban sir do not deserve this award, then I don't know who does.
