I think you have no right to petition such thing. You yourself don't live here in the Philippines. The guy apologized for what he said. He was asked about his views and he answered them with all honesty. If you think about it, at least he didn't sugarcoat how he felt about the LGBT. Beside, its not about the people he's referring too but the sex act between the same gender is what engrossed him.
