Manny is a national pride. Let us NOT and NEVER forget this. Foreigners who does not have an idea what the Philippines and Filipinos are all about, they just associate us with Manny. Immediately, they associate Filipinos with pride, honor, humility, sportsmanship, faith, and other positive triats. They don't know who Jose Rizal is or our other Filipino heroes. But they know Manny. He has brought the Philippines pride, taken our national anthem and flag to international audience. When he fights and that Philippine flag waves on the stage and our national anthem is sung, Filipinos feel again a sense of pride and patriotism. Not many has done this for us, uniting us even for several brief moments in the ring. These LGBTdefenders are going OVER BOARD. They point their finger at those who oppose their beliefs and want to show that they are the REAL BULLIES AND BIGOTS. I will, with gladness, sign this petition to ask that this disgrace of a person be declared PERSONA NON GRATA for he does not earn my respect. Instead, for blowing this issue beyond proportion, I HAVE DEVELOPED AN ANGER with such bigots and bullies. I love gay people, I know a few who are into same sex marriage, and they have my complete respect. But I abhor such LGBT members who are bullies and go over board and are more arrogant than the person they claim to be fighting. This person is a no body who has not brought any fame whatsoever like what Manny has done. He should not be tolerated and should be thought a lesson as well.
