Aric Allen community manager status

The communication we receive from him is degrading and condescending. He does not go out his way to plan or promote community events. He is hostile, and does nothing to advocate for the community to the HOA board. We have seen his communication to the board when he accidentally sent it to the residents. "No current concerns from the community, " was the message he sent the board when we had a multitude of people posting issues they were having and how he was neglecting to address them. He is slow to communicate if he decides to respond. We have lived here since May of 2020, and the lady who drank on the job was actually better than Aric. Please find a decent human being capable of being part of a community to manage ours. We live here, and we're sick of it.

This community needs someone who is available and cares.

Seems like he is always against whatever anybody ask him. Always trying to find was to fine people for nonsense stuff.

We are unable to get a hold of him.

Doesnt have managerial skills. Needs to be replaced. No good amenities for teenagers. No sports area for adults/ teenagers

Cant stand his rude behaviour. Need to be replaced ASAP.

Aric has shown poor ethics and judgement in respecting resident privacy by searching certain residents out on entirely unrelated networking sites. Searching for a residents place of work is unrelated to the community manager’s responsibilities and a gross invasion of privacy.

Ever since I showed that the pool water was making people sick, he has picked on myself and my wife and has stalked us.

He needs to be removed immediately for unethical conduct and for creating unhealthy environment.

We are unable to get a hold of him and when we finally do, he is always rude and unprofessional.

I feel our HOA dues are not going back to the community. Also, he is gatekeeping our amenities.

Please include comments about the email Aric sent on 07/11/2022 with a link to download an excel file with everyone's name, address and phone number. Our PII was compromised.

Thank you for putting this together. Our community has gone downhill since he became the manager. The amenities and things that we pay for with our HOA dues are not available too often, the amenities are not well maintained and he is a very rude, vindictive and dramatic person.

Aric emits a hostile and condescending presence in communication to the neighborhood. He seems unapproachable and is more about a job than the true needs of the community.
