Argyle Doctors Surgery change your telephone system for appointments

I have tried to get an appointment at Argyle for 9 days.
I phone promptly at 8am only to be told all lines are busy, I phone at 9am and the phone rings only to hear a recorded message all operators are busy on calls please hold, I hold for 20 mins and finely get told all appointments are gone.
If there was another Practise in Pembroke dock I would change in a heart Beat.

Sorting out the appointments system would be a good start , but there is a great deal more needs sorting in that practice.

changes to communication with the surgery need to be made as soon as possible.

31 patients before I could be seen! It's terrible no appointments available.No appointments available for me or any one else Chronic illness me,we're do you go? Self medicate???

The system is not user friendly at all. To start dialing at 8 am to get through after 15 to 20 minutes redialing and be told sorry no doctor available is unacceptable.!!!

This is not on...as I work till 9.30am I ignore non urgent things as I cannot have an hour out of work to phone. Morning calls should be for urgent appointments, and be able to make a future appointment for other things, no wonder A&E visits are increasing when people cannot see a doctor for minor things.

Fed up of redialing number from 8am onwards then you maybe told there are no appoiintments. It is also a nightmare getting through for an appointment for routine bloods and it doesnt matter what time you try as the phone just continually rings.

this service is absolutly terrible ...it must be changed ...more doctors ..more staff ... more appointments for working people !!!

The method for booking an appointment has to change. Pembrokeshire people should have to spend hours pressing redile and not getting treatment for days.
