I am a uk resident who resides in the uk, glenrothes fife I am married to a pakistani citizen Irfan Ahmad of chack no 336 gb sarabha toba tek singh - who also has a uk residential address of 9 dunbar place kirkcaldy.
I have been married to him for 10 years and i have had since had three daughters since the birth of my first daughter the family have abused me and i have been the vicitim of domestic violence since, after having my third daughter my husband attacked me with a knife as i refused to have another child. This was reported to fife police however the pf could not do anything as the only witness was my 8 year old daughter.
He then sent me a letter written in blood which beacuse was not thretening was not taken any further.

Since then he has returned to pakistan and remarried a girl of 509 mamukanjan tehsil tandliwala pakistan on the 10th of may 2011 he has not given me a divorce in the uk. He has made no contact with the children since feb 2011 and does not contribute financially and has says this due to him not having the finiancial resources .

The Pf has says it is outwith his jurisdiction and there is little they can do without further help from Pakistani Police.

We believe This man Knowingly Became a Bigamist When Marrying His cousins Daughter and Should be brought to Justice in the UK signed      -
