20,000 people die prematurely every year in the UK from NO2 emissions alone. This year countries all over the world locked down for less than this number of deaths, yet this happens year on year here. And now they want to open another airport, that was deemed unnecessary by the governments own advisers, and will result in, among many things, an increase in premature deaths. And is against the government's own commitment to the Paris Climate agreement. This would contribute to the rising of our planet's temperature, which as the worlds scientific community have asserted, will be catastrophic for many species, including our own.

The airport sight makes perfect sense for housing and you will not be ruining more farmland which we need. We don’t need the airport anymore.

Houses should be built on this land not on the Grade A farm land that is needed to grow Food and is being used as a lifeline for locals in this National crisis. No more pollution and exaggerated job opportunities! Health and well-being before profit! Aviation is battling to survive in the worlds biggest airports Manston has NEVER been profitable so why now?

We do not need a cargo airport opened at Manston when there is spare capacity at Gatwick.
The CO2 emissions produced from increased air traffic will far out weigh the any benefits of a hub at Manston.

This does not meet the environmental plan for climate change in the uk. We have no need for this superfluous proposed hub. We need housing, light industry and jobs not air and noise pollution. Don't kill South East Kent for political purposes!!

The U.K. should not be building new freight airports at a time when existing airports are struggling.

This airport will blight the lives of thousands of people and their children. It will not brjng jobs for the area they will be bought in skilled people and cheap foreign workforce. Its has never been a viable airport. The russian planea which werent allowed to.land anywhere ekaw were dreadful. Low and used to break their curfew times regularly. There will be back ups with this amount of planed per day which again will breach flying times. The Mental Health of our children will suffer alongside adults with untold damage to our environment.

Our family home at Crescent Road in Ramsgate is located directly under the Manston flight path for planes approaching from the East and when it was last operating as a failing airport the disruption environmentally as well as mentally was distressing!!! Using Manston as a cargo hub make no commercial sense What so ever and especially at the cost of a town which is doing so much to move on from its past!

This cannot be allowed to go ahead. It will be a massive blow for Thanet environmentally and blight tourism. Nothing about this makes any sense.

We get the houses anyway, there is no choice about that, it is a government allocation. If Thanet doesn't build on time it gets fined, with a bigger housing allocation. If they don't go on the brownfield site of Manston they end up on the greenfield sites. All the development around Westgate and Cliffsend probably wouldn't have happened if they had gone on Manston instead.
