Amendment Scope: Amend Covenant Article VI, Architectural Review Committee, Section 6.01.Membership to limit the number of consecutive terms a member of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) may serve to two (2) with a mandatory break in serving on the ARC of two years.
All existing members of the ARC that have served for two (2) or more consecutive terms must vacate their position no later than December 31, 2021.

About time. Too much power for too long in the same hands. Needs a reset.
I completely agree and hope at least two-thirds of lot owners feel the same. Without approval by two-thirds of the votes cast, the measure will not be passed. Thank you for your support.
Agree 100%. Rules need to change so we can actually get things done around here.
Bout time we put a cap on this. Sick of the same people making all the decisions for the whole neighborhood.
