To whom it may concern.

Us the players of US/EU Archeage are outraged by Trionworlds incompetence for hosting, and housing the servers we play on. We would like for a company migration. Or at the very least, our homes, our worlds even, to be hosted on more reliable servers. Our homes Are constantly undergoing downtime due to maintenance or just flat out crashes. The reason we ask for Trionworlds to no longer hold the reigns of our servers is for the fact that with presented with community side issues, I.E US Auroria launch, We were plagued with teleportation bots and land grabbing bots, not to mention it was so hard to even play on Auroria during that time frame due to unstable frame rates, and horrendous lag, and most importantly random disconnections. Made sieges next to impossible to do, and sheer luck to capture the castles. All we asked for was a server rollback. So that everyone would have a fair chance to grab land/fight in the war. What we got in turn was utter disappointment when Trion told us to buy the siege tickets when they came out on the Auction House. Even that aside, our experience with the way they handled public speaking on behalf of what went on that day was, well simply put, I got more information reading the patch notes on the subject.

Today marks day 3 of server outages, due to latency issues, which come to find out was a lie. They openly admitted in forum post that it's not latency issues but something else. The major concerns on our, the communities part is, why lie to us? We would like for a more honest and open company. We want our servers to be more reliable, we want better bot and hacker detection, we want server roll backs. But what we need is reliability, and Trionworlds is not delivering us that.
