Lugjeto mora da bidat oslobodeni, a vinata da ja prezeme sistemot, koj i pokraj site ukazuvanja vo izminatite godini za nesoodvetnite uslovi za rabota, ne prezema nisto za da se saniraat sostojbite vo nacionalnite ustanovi, da se podobrat uslovite za rabota i zastita na kulturnoto nasledstvo.

Based on the article, as written, I will support this petition. Obviousl we archaeologists can be blaned for anything that goes wrong as we are an easy scapegoat to blame when higher official or the system is at fault.

This situation is not unique. It happened to James Mellaart, excavator of Catal Huyuk in Turkey. Individuals in the government stole objects which later turned up outside the country. Mellaart was accused of having taken them out. His excavation permits were not renewed and his 17th-century wooden house on the east side of the Bosphorus was burned to the ground.
