We, the citizens and businesses of West Linn, support the Arch Bridge/Bolton Master Plan and urge the West Linn City Council to approve this long-range plan. This plan will not only reconnect us to the Willamette River and the city’s history of the area, but it will boost economic development, improve parks and trails and add housing diversity.
