As a Huguenot Street resident, I am glad to know that the old Jewett home and farm are in use, preserving the home and its origins as an agricultural space.

ArborVitae is a wonderful addition to an already eclectic street. We are so pleased that this new use of the former Jewett property is now a reality. The faculty and students are highly knowledgable and this is now a real asset to our street an all of New Paltz.

It is really a great thing Arbor Viate is doing on the old Jewitt Farmstead. We live across the street at 190 Huguenot, and couldn't be happier with what they are doing, and how they are maintaining the property. They are inclusive and welcoming, and understand the overall neighborly vibe on Huguenot Street.

I live just up the street from ArborVitae and walk past the property on an almost daily basis. They have been a great neighbor and are maintaining an agricultural use for this historic farm property.
