The same thing happened with my two children. I never received a form, yet received the TWO letters telling me their ArKids is being cancelled because I didn't return the form.

Same for us! I got the renewal for my medicade which was changed to blue cross blue shield but never a renewal for the kids. My renewal for my medicade had the same info they would need for renewing at kids so I just assumed it was handled but then found out later by letter that my kids had been dropped with no warning

We never received any forms. Letter said it would close on 2-28-17 but had closed on 2-13-17. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes as 15th in line, just to find out it had been cancelled

I also never got anything till I got a letter saying that my kids arkids was closed due to not sending back paperwork! I'm furious!

The way inbound out my son case has been closed was when his dentist called 2 days before his appointment saying his ARkids was declined, and I'd have to pay $150 for his cleaning. I was shocked cause I never got anything in the mail about anything. As a mother who relies on ARkids for my son's medical needs this was very upsetting.

I got a case close on only my 1 year old but not my other 3. But never got a renwel form to start his insurance over.

Mine happened in pope county but I received a notice saying that insurance for the below people was canceled and it only had my name there not my kids. Much less receiving a former to renew. The last time I did turn paper work in to renew insurance I kept receiving notification saying it was going to be canceled for not turning it in and had turned it in 3 times. It was so stinking frustrating

My daughters was closed last April because of this reason and then it took me forever to get her back on it! I didn't know hers had expired until we had to make an emergency room visit with her! Super annoying!
