This petition is to request a Special Meeting of the Aquia Overlook Board of Directors in order to discuss two items: [The meeting will be a teleconference, b/c of the pandemic]

1) Whether the Garrett Company will turn over the HOA Board to the Aquia Overlook residents, since over 80% of lots in the community have now been sold. [Per the Board President in 2018, once 80% of community lots had been sold, the developer would turn over the HOA to the residents.]

2) No-cost licensing of the two waterfowl blinds adjacent to the shoreline of Indian View Court in order to prevent their licensing and overuse by outside companies.
