By signing this petition I pledge that I am a victim of April Waidman's dog breeding scam. I am a part of either case 2025 CR 00091, 2024 CR 00389 or 2024 CR 00207. April Waidman pled guilty and was court ordered to make monthly restitution payments toward us as victims. She was generously sentenced to house arrest in order for it to be possible for her to work and make consistent payments towards her large debt. While some victims were unsettled by this leniency, it was understood. However, in the almost year since the sentencing April has not been making payments towards all of her victims/cases. Most victims have recieved little or no restitution payments since August of 2025. We ask that the Judge please review this and impose proper adjustment to her sentencing. Allowing her to be in contempt this way and be almost at the end of her house arrest is not felt to be fair or just for the victims. We feel as if we have gotten no justice thus far since she was only spared from jail time in order to be making considerable restitution payments for her crimes.. She should be in jail for her actions and for not following the order to make payments towards all cases/victims! We, as her victims, ask that you please take a good look at this case and proceed in the best way possible to keep Mrs. Waidman held accountable for her actions.
