The feedback from people who know April has been overwhelming but the administrative gatekeeping remains just as rigid as day one. I have been spending my nights drafting formal requests to the pageant committee to ensure her talents are actually considered. It is exhausting work but we are not walking away from this yet.

The momentum behind this has become impossible to ignore. Seeing how many people believe in April as much as I do makes the exhaustion worth it.
