Without this clubhouse many parents will consider what sports their children play and be involved in. The facilities being proposed are in keeping with the area and will provide a great attraction for the local businesses and community.

Big improvement on what's there, give the club a great home. Great for the community.

If you reject the planning for the club house, how do you exspect the life savers to do their job? To expand the membership which in turn makes the beachs in the area safer. It also would generate more income for the local businesses What are the alternatives?

We need this. Hate taking the kids into the dank dark toilets right now

Please allow this project to go ahead, its possibilitys are endless, and I very strongly believe that it will make our community all the strong for it.

Our local Surf Club is in desperate need of a home base. I support building a new Club House on Kingston Beach

Although I am not a resident at Kingston Beach I go to this beach every week - I believe there is an absolute need for the development of the surf club and facilities for the safety of all users.

I don't understand why this building hasn't been approved by Kingborough Council and construction started already when State Government have already committed funds, this is a much needed building.

Give the club a club house - it is such a service to the community. The public toilets are a disgrace and need an upgrade badly.

This will be great infrastructure for all kingborough residents. I oppose the NIMBY attitudes and objections, especially when some of the adjacent "residences" are on airbnb or stayz.

Bring the area upto date with 2017 and allow a community to have a venue to be proud of.

Homeowner in Kingborough but not currently living there. This needs to go ahead. Currently has the poorest facilities of anywhere I have lived.
