Marvelous to have a place to stay for guests that is in keeping with our community and not a large hotel. We support the B&B.

A B&B is a tremendous asset the the local community. It prevents hotel chains from talking away business from the locals, and helps visitors get a real feel for the community

I have known Deidre Ventura for over 35 yrs and her dedication to the community and love of the North Shore and its surroundings is nothing short of admirable. The Harbor Rose as a B&B would benefit the Cold Spring Harbor area

There are not enough places on the north shore of long island for guests and visitors to stay overnight.We need to support and endorse the Harbor Rose!

I have personally been to the property. It's beautiful and very well suited to being a B&B. It will unquestionably be a welcome enhancement to the area. I can see no reason why a B&B should not be approved for such a nice building in that location. Joseph Sferrazza.
