As a die hard Ohio State Buckeye fan I requested a license plate from the state of Arizona. The license plate requested is "IH8UOFM". They deemed this as "offensive or vulgar" and denied my request. All the Michigan Wolverine fans I have asked find no offense in it as it is a deep seeded rivalry. I respect U of M as an opponent on the field and as a good school. This is just my Buckeye pride. Please support me in my appeal of their decision to deny my plate.
