Wendy Hudson has been an integral part of the educational development of my two children as well as countless others at TMA. Removing her from her post prematurely would surely cause great undue stress on the students and faculty. I sign this petition with the humble request that she be allowed to remain in her current capacity until commencement in June 2016.

It is in the best interest of the students and staff that Mrs. Hudson remain at TMA for the remainder of the school year. This is especially important for our childen's sake because Mrs. Hudson is respected and loved by the students. If not allowing her to finish the school year, this disruption will cause unneccessary sadness for the students.

Please let Mrs. Hudson finish the school year at TMA. As educators, I hope that TUSD understands the importance of stability in our children's life. As parents, we tell our children the importance of "completion," and "commitment." What lessons can the children learn from this?
It is difficult enough that TMA will be losing a wonderful Principal...please let her end the school year.

I do not believe it is in the best interest of the students to change out the best principal in the middle of the year. It is best for them that she finish out the year.

I feel as though the removal of a principal at such a high functioning school mid -year is both unproductive and unnecessary. It is my hope that the board ad hears to their own mission statement of providing excellence and an involved community. Ms. Hudson needs to complete her time at TMA to make a smooth transition for both the staff and students as they transition to a new year and a new leader for 16/17.

The emotional toll it would take on our children and their teachers to remove their leader, their mentor and advocate, would be devasting to them ALL. Please do the right thing and let Mrs Hudson finish out her year at TMA. She is an important part of our children's success and a big part of our TMA family!

We feel this is a critical issue. Our son, Matthew Henderson, has a great relationship with Mrs. Hudson and removing her mid-year could have a serious impact on him.

The continuity of leadership is an important aspect in any organization. But a member of a school is more than that. They are part of a family. These students have grown up with Mrs. Hudson, especially the 5th graders. Please let them finish the year with their principal intact.

Out of fairness to the community of TMA and to Mrs. Hudson, it would seem that Mrs. Hudson should be allowed to finish the year in excellence in order to provide minimal disruption to the education and mental well being of our children.

The TMA community already feels the loss of a strong leader even though an end date has not been set. Please consider allowing Mrs. Hudson to stay through the end of the school year to ensure a proper and smooth transition for the new school year and new principal. Although we are happy that Mrs. Hudson's capable leadership will benefit a new group of students, our families, faculty, TMA students and TMA community is devastated that our beloved principal is leaving TMA. Please allow our TMA community, built on respect, love, responsibility the time we need to transition to this abrupt change. The disruption and distraction of a mid year leave will greatly and negatively impact our students, parents and families. We stand firm, united and respectful of this request to keep Mrs. Hudson at TMA through the end of this school year. Thank you for your consideration.
