Sign this petition if you'd like to see the Durham Planning Commissioners and City Council approve the zoning request to bring much needed high end development to North Durham. Ignore the FUD about "their going to bait and switch us" and "Publix isn't guaranteed" This developer primarily develops Publix Shopping centers and Publix has taken the time to make the trips looking for our support. They want to open 90+ stores in the Carolina's and it is ridiculous to think they are going this far to back out. The only thing in their way is us, if we choose that.
