Todd gained the most Republican and Democrat votes during the recent Franklin County election to serve as a Greencastle Antrim School Director but due to serving honorably in the US military and complicated laws dated 1939 Todd has learned that he cannot hold this position if he was elected in a partisan election. Todd however can be appointed to the position and this petition is being circulated to ask our board to appoint Todd to the position of School Director for a 2-year term.
