I was a student at AHS back when Coach Stanley was the head wrestling coach and a teacher. I cannot think of better Bulldog leading AHS for the next 20 years! He is an outstanding person, educator, and most importantly, LEADER! My oldest son will be attending AHS this coming 2018 school year and my other two kids to follow. I will be honored to send them to AHS with him as the principal. Myself, AHS CLASS OF 1988, and the Blea family 100% endorse the appointment of Herbert Stanley as the next Principal of the best high school in the state, Albuquerque High School

Mr. Herbert Stanley is long overdue of becoming the leader of AHS, he has been faithful, patient, and humble while being passed over for many many years. He is not only a faithful assistant principal but as always been a faithful: student, athlete, coach, teacher, and mentor to so many students, teachers, and parents. Now is his time to lead this institute to the next level that only this patient man can do!

Mr. Stanley has been part of AHS for so many years, serving his students first as a coach and educator and now as administrator. He deserves this position more than anything or anyone I can think of. As a past student over 20 years ago, and as a mother of an incoming freshman, I feel that Mr. Stanley is the man for the job.
