As you will realise this year 02 has been very poor in delivering us a good reliable service in Appleby! I have already done several rounds with them including today 15th Oct 2013! Of which by the way they told me that the service could be down a max of 5 days and possibly not back before the 20th! I then told them that this was not good enough and I would be looking to join another network provider. They told me that if I was to do that then I would have to pay out of my contract. I feel that 02 has not fulfilled its part of that contract so I am challenging this with the ombudsman. This is not good enough! Please help me to collect as many signatures as possible, so I can show them that just because we live in rural area we cannot be walked over! Thank you Chris Burns
