Apple, please offer IOS 6.1.6 for Iphone 4/4S as well!

I feel there are still too many stability issues with IOS 7. Please let me update my 5th generation ipod touch to 6.1.6!

I would like to have this on my iPhone 5 as well. I hate iOS 7 and refuse to use it. I bought my phone as it was, because of how it was. I shouldn't be forced to deal with a gaping security hole.

There is a solution! But it requires Jailbreak - which means you will no longer be able to "erase all content and settings", because that will mess up the phone and force you to restore with iTunes, at which point you'd be upgraded to iOS7. I don't like iOS 7 and I obviously don't like security vulnerabilities. I want iOS 6.1.6 for my iPod (5th gen)!
