Since the release of iOS 9, there appears to be a problem reading PDF's in Preview via APPLE MAIL and in rendering them out via third party Apps.

Multiple Apple stores are now aware of this problem, which remains unaddressed by Apple.

HELP SEND A MESSAGE to Apple that this is not acceptable and a FIX needs to be made IMMEDIATELY. This has been occurring since May, 2016.
