I am starting this petition in due fact that Apple is forcing their customers to put out money for the latest update IOS 7. I have updated my Iphone 4S to the new IOS 7 in result to have my Wifi grey out and not working. I called Apple tech support 1-800-MY-IPHONE (1-800-694-7466) for them tell me that because my phone was out of warranty I will have to pay $199 for the hardware of my phone to be fixed. They want their loyal customers to pay for something that they caused. The Tech also wanted to charge me $19.95 to attempt to fix it. Apple is trying to squeeze money out of thier customers. Since this problem is in result of their upgrade then they need to fix or replace the phone for free. I hope other Apple users with the same issue will join me and sign this petition. My overall goal is to make it known to Apple that they cannot Bully people into buying their products do to them making faulty upgrades that are not compatible to all phones.
