Instead of being engage in shallow discussion on a judicially controversial model of Perisic culpability, that can be compare with a question of a type: is a women more or less pregnant, the ICTY should certainly again consider the level of responsibility and culpability of general Perisic but in a broader and real scope of his engagement and engagement of Serbia during the war in Bosnia. Serbia put in motion all available recourses (policy, diplomacy, military, economy en propaganda apparatus) to wage the war of aggression against the internationally recognized and sovereign state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Of course the most destructive role, in spite of the binding UN Resolutions, played the Serbian Military with its General Staff inflicting the grave wounds and the consequences to the Bosnian multiethnic and industrial structure. This fact lives together with vast majority of the people in Bosnia who suffered genocide, ethnic cleansing and many others war crimes and crimes against humanity. This fact is well known to the main players among UN Security Council and certainly it must be known to the judges of both Chambers too.
