I don't understand
Why are red eared sliders allowed
They are invasive but some animals that can barely survive in the wild not allowed
AVA banned sugar gliders caus they were afraid of them getting snuggled but if they ban it in the first place ppl will smuggle
The sugar gliders can't survive in the wild and it wouldn't become invasive

Registrations and home surveys to be conducted to ensure a safe home and environment for the pets.

I hope there will be a mantids shop in the future and importing of foreign species will be legalized. Educating the public bout exos shld be necessary, there's far too much misunderstanding of them right now. One example is thinking that mantis is deadly and will attack humans, causing harm. In contrast, they are docile invertebrates that can be easily handled with proper handling and not holding it by the thorax. Besides, they ain't invasive and will cause little to no damage to the ecosystem. Lastly, pls allow fish shop to sell cockroaches (dubias/hissers),they are *not* pest like the infamous periplenta americana(american roach, the common pest in sg).

Hedgehogs and sugar gliders should be allowed to be kept as pets in Singapore.

This is a just petition, however unprofessional it appears. If you were to want to recieve more signatures, I would suggest more proper use of your vocabulary, I completely agree with this point though.
